Shipping Your Firearm Components & Tactical Gear

At Imbertsmithersarms, we understand that when you order a Glock trigger upgrade or tactical component, you need clarity on delivery. Located at 1144 El Camino Real in San Carlos, we process and ship all orders directly from our facility. This page details our shipping policies, timelines, and the secure process we use to get your parts to your door.

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed the next business day. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order for an aftermarket Glock trigger, Glock trigger connector, or Glock trigger bar is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our bench to your build station.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for domestic orders. These carriers provide reliable service with full tracking and insurance coverage for your Glock custom trigger or tactical trigger upgrade components.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers in 2-3 business days. Ideal for smaller components like Glock trigger springs or Glock 43 trigger kits.
  • UPS Ground: Typically delivers in 1-5 business days, depending on destination. Used for larger orders or multiple items.

Expedited shipping options (USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) are available at checkout for urgent needs.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service. We do not add handling fees.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders over $99. This applies to your entire cart, whether you’re building out a Glock 19 trigger setup or combining a flat face trigger Glock with other gear.

Domestic Shipping & Restrictions

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to APO/FPO addresses. All shipments comply with federal, state, and local regulations. As a retailer of firearm components, we are meticulous about compliance:

  • All products are legal to ship to most jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local laws regarding firearm parts ownership.
  • We do not ship complete firearms or frames. Our inventory consists of aftermarket components, triggers, and tactical accessories.
  • Certain jurisdictions may have restrictions on specific items like magazine capacity or other features. Orders shipping to these areas may be modified or canceled to ensure compliance.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States. All orders must ship to a verified U.S. or APO/FPO address.

Package Security & Discreet Shipping

Every component, from a precision competition trigger Glock kit to a simple Glock trigger safety plunger, is securely packaged. We use non-descriptive, plain packaging for all shipments. The return address will list “ISA” or “Imbertsmithersarms,” with no external markings indicating firearm-related contents.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Your tracking number is your primary tool. Please use it to check delivery status, update delivery instructions, or schedule a hold with the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check with household members and neighbors. Then, contact your local post office or UPS hub directly with the tracking number; they often have precise GPS delivery data. If the carrier confirms a problem, contact us immediately for support.
