Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles and shotguns, and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, in accordance with federal law. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase firearms in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms ownership and possession.

FFL Transfer Requirement

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You are responsible for selecting a valid FFL dealer and ensuring they are willing to receive your transfer. Thornhill Tactical Supply is not responsible for any fees charged by your receiving FFL dealer. The FFL dealer will conduct all required background checks and paperwork before releasing the firearm to you.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Thornhill Tactical Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product suitability for any particular purpose beyond the manufacturer specifications provided.
