Shipping Policy

Thornhill Tactical Supply ships Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. All firearms ship to FFL dealers only — we cannot ship firearms directly to residential addresses per federal law. Ammunition and accessories ship to your provided address where permitted by state and local regulations.

We use UPS and FedEx for all shipments. Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is emailed within hours of dispatch. Signature confirmation is required for all firearm deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, the following guidelines apply. Unfired firearms in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee applies. Ammunition, triggers, and consumable items are non-returnable once shipped due to safety and liability considerations.

Defective products are eligible for exchange or full refund at no cost to you. Contact our support team with photos and description of the defect, and we will arrange return shipping and replacement or refund promptly. All returns must be authorized before shipping — please do not send items back without contacting us first.
