Return Policy

At Thornhill Tactical Supply, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return guidelines designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Firearms Returns

Unfired firearms may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The firearm must be shipped back through an FFL dealer — we cannot accept firearms shipped by non-licensed individuals. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Ammunition, magazines, triggers, and consumable items cannot be returned once shipped, regardless of condition. This policy exists due to safety regulations and liability considerations inherent to these product categories. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or full refund at your preference. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, but our team can assist you with the process and provide necessary documentation.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
