How do I buy a firearm online?

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. During the process, you will select a local FFL dealer to receive your firearm. We ship the gun to that dealer, who will contact you to complete the background check and transfer. The entire process usually takes 5-7 days from order to pickup.

What is an FFL transfer?

Federal law requires that firearms purchased online be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL holder) in your state. The dealer conducts the required background check via the NICS system and processes the ATF Form 4473 before releasing the firearm to you. Most FFL dealers charge a small transfer fee, typically between $20 and $50.

Do you ship ammunition?

Yes, ammunition ships directly to your address in most states. Unlike firearms, ammunition does not require an FFL transfer. Some states have specific ammunition purchase restrictions — please verify your local laws before ordering. Ammunition ships via ground carrier due to hazmat classification.

What is your return policy?

Unfired firearms may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, subject to a restocking fee. Ammunition and consumable items cannot be returned. Defective products are replaced or refunded at our expense. Contact our support team to initiate any return.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days via UPS or FedEx. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Are your products new?

The vast majority of our inventory is brand new and factory sealed. Any pre-owned or refurbished items are clearly labeled with condition descriptions on their product pages. All items pass our quality inspection before shipping.
