This isn’t a conversion; it’s a factory-original kit, and as of today, examples for civilian sale are exceptionally rare. This kit is a short-barreled configuration, meaning it’s delivered without a lower receiver. It includes a comprehensive set of parts, specifically:

• Complete full-auto fire control group

• SureFire flash suppressor (model specific to the HK417)

Essentially, everything you need to complete an upper assembly, excluding the lower. This is a good option for experienced builders familiar with the HK system.
